About Us

Gary Dunn, a
third generation homebuilder, grew up in the building business.
He literally learned the business from the ground up. His
grandfather was a cement contractor, and his dad was a builder.
From sweeping and hosing off driveways as a child, Gary progressed to
pouring concrete, framing, trim work, and then to supervising. He
started his own business in 1975 and has been building luxury homes
ever since. |
| His wife of
over 30 years, Debbie Dunn, is also an active part of the
business. Debbie has had her real estate license since 1986 and
is currently associated with the Southlake office of Coldwell Banker
